As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a high-calibre Investor Relations & Reporting Analyst to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded finance professional early in their career to gain broad exposure across investor reporting, financial analysis, and investment performance within a highly regarded investment platform.
Working closely with senior investment professionals, you will play a key role in producing high-quality investor reporting while supporting financial modelling, investment analytics and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Reporting
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports to the highest standard of quality and accuracy.
- Assist in producing investment commentary, portfolio updates and performance reporting for institutional and wholesale investors.
- Coordinate the preparation of capital call notices, distribution communications and other investor correspondence.
- Support the production of board papers, investment committee materials and management presentations.
- Ensure all investor communications are delivered accurately and within required timeframes.
- Assist with performance analysis, portfolio monitoring and financial reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
Investor Relations Support
- Respond to investor information requests and assist with ongoing investor servicing.
- Help maintain investor records, reporting schedules and CRM systems.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and marketing materials for prospective investors.
- Coordinate due diligence requests and maintain supporting documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline, with a strong academic record.
- Approximately 1-2 years' experience within funds management, investment management, financial services, investment banking, client services, investor reporting, investor relations, fund administration or a similar analytical environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise and professional reports.
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in financial modelling and investment analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Professional, proactive and collaborative approach.
Highly Regarded
- Exposure to investor reporting, fund reporting or institutional client servicing.
- Experience within funds management, asset management or financial services.
- Knowledge of financial modelling or financial analysis.
- Exposure to private equity, private credit or real estate investment would be advantageous but is not essential.
