We are looking for two Python-savvy developers who specialize in FastAPI and AWS to build robust, scalable integration points. You'll be working within a high-visibility technical squad to ensure our data flows seamlessly across the enterprise, bridging the gap between our evaluation and technical systems.
What You'll Do
- Architect Connections: Design and implement high-performance APIs using FastAPI within an AWS ecosystem.
- Stream Data: Work within a Kafka environment to manage real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
- Bridge Systems: Apply deep knowledge of integration principles to connect disparate platforms, ensuring data integrity and low latency.
- Collaborate & Pivot: Operate within a "Squad" model, working autonomously on specific tasks while remaining tightly aligned with functional, business, and technical leads.
- Deployment & Debugging: Get your "hands dirty" in the dev environment, troubleshooting complex integration flows and optimizing performance.
Must-Haves
- Python Specialist: Expert-level experience with FastAPI.
- Cloud Native: Strong background in AWS environments (Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.).
- Message Brokering: Hands-on experience working within Kafka for streaming and messaging.
- Integration Logic: A deep understanding of RESTful services, webhooks, and asynchronous processing.
- Agile Mindset: The ability to work independently but thrive in a collaborative "squad" setting.
- Communication: Clear, concise technical communication for reporting into the wider project team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Data Orchestration: Experience with Airflow.
- Testing/Documentation: Proficiency with Postman.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Snowflake or Salesforce (specifically MuleSoft Gateway).
