About the Company

Our client is a global trading company and is looking for a dedicated professional to enhance their financial operations, ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Company's CEO/COO and the overseas headquarters.
• Maintain effective communication channels to relay local financial information to the headquarters.
• Manage daily accounting tasks, including bank transactions and voucher preparation.
• Maintain thorough bookkeeping records and generate monthly financial reports.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and assist with budgeting.
• Ensure adherence to all tax requirements including GST, Payroll Tax, Income tax
• Work with tax advisors to resolve any tax-related issues or questions.
• Collaborate with our HR consultant to manage payroll processes efficiently.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

About You

• 4-5 years of experience in a relevant industry
• Proficiency in using accounting software and systems.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
