A leading higher education institution is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale business transformation impacting its operating model across faculties and professional services.

Working within a squad-based change team, the successful candidate will lead end-to-end change delivery across allocated stakeholder groups, with a strong focus on operating model redesign, engagement, and adoption.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering change on large business transformation programs

• Demonstrated operating model change experience (essential)

• Higher Education experience (desirable)

• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leaders and frontline staff

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
