    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing a team of Sales Development Representatives
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the field of loyalty and rewards.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with the company's vision and capabilities.
    • Collaborate closely with other teams and functions within the organization, leveraging their expertise and resources to support business development initiatives.
    • Take ownership of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
    • Stay well-informed of market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape,continuously seeking new areas of growth and innovation to keep the company one step ahead.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regularly update management on the progress of deals and pipeline status.
    • Represent the business at industry networking events.



    Professional skills, qualifications and experience:

    • Possess 2-3 years of experience in B2B retail selling to national brands, with a proven track record of success.
    • Previous experience within affiliate marketing, loyalty, or rewards is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales, including acquiring new business for a high-volume, subscription-based business model.
    • A history of consistently achieving and over-performing new business quotas, showcasing your ability to drive revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular emphasis on
    • articulating a compelling message and influencing, persuading, and negotiating with
    • stakeholders at all levels.
    • Effective prioritization and time management skills, allowing you to balance multiple
    • priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • An innate aptitude for technology, enabling you to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our client's solutions to potential clients.
