A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a member remediation program focused on delivering accurate, compliant and member-centric outcomes. This role plays a key part in analysing member impacts, designing remediation activities and ensuring solutions meet regulatory and legal standards.
You will work across operations, risk, legal and delivery teams and will be well suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving in complex remediation or member-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse issues impacting members and identify root causes
- Design and document remediation approaches and activities
- Define and document business rules, calculations and end-to-end processes
- Collaborate with operations, risk, legal and delivery teams to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes
- Support data analysis and validation of remediation calculations where required
- Document impacts to systems, processes and member communications
- Produce high-quality BA artefacts including requirements, process flows and decision logic
About You
- Strong experience as a functional Business Analyst within financial services, ideally insurance, superannuation or banking
- Demonstrated experience in member remediation, customer remediation or regulatory-driven programs
- Solid understanding of business rules, calculations and process design
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Confident engaging with multiple stakeholder groups in a delivery environment
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
This is a 6-month contract commencing in January, offering the opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives with a direct impact on member outcomes. You'll be joining a supportive, delivery-focused program environment and will be offered a competitive day rate aligned with experience.
