Associate, Middle Office Analyst

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global Financial Services company that is seeking a Middle Office Analyst to cover the verification and allocation of trade data.
This is an Associate level position that would provide a great deal of exposure across the Trade space, from execution to post-settlement across both Australian and Asian markets. You will work directly with the Head Of and act as the POC for all internal and external queries.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying and allocating Australian market trades for both Australian and Asian clients.
- Amending allocation information based on client requests.
- Sending time-critical confirmations and trade reports to clients.
- Performing market and internal system reconciliations to ensure the consistency of trade data and that the company's records match the market for settlement.
- Liaising with clients, brokers, and clearers on trade and settlement-related issues.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client and trader queries and following through to completion.
Requirements:
- Must have a few years Middle Office or Trade Support experience, with knowledge of the full trade cycle.
- Ideally have equities experience but open to other asset classes.
- A strong technical ability including Excel and macros.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows.
