Operations Manager

Role: Operations Manager

Location: Dublin North / Meath (onsite)

We are working with an ambitious and fast growing SME business who are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager who is required to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business and support the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence and support expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations of the business, working with the sales, finance and marketing teams.
• Directly manage two fast paced operational teams.
  
  
• Manage purchasing, stock control and overall asset management.
  
  
• Ensure efficient and effective workflows across all teams through the use of systems, processes, and performance tracking
  
  
• Support the growth of the business from a start-up into a larger, multi-sector organisation
  
  
• Help maximise opportunities arising from the company's extensive customer base and industry connections
  
  
• Liaise with relevant industry and regulatory bodies as required
  
  
• Prepare operational budgets and provide clear monthly performance updates to the board
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role within an SME environment
  
  
• Strong ambition and drive, aligned with the owners' growth objectives
  
  
• A technical mindset, with the ability to understand and manage operational and installation-based activities
  
  
• Experience liaising with relevant industry or regulatory bodies
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams
  
  
• Strong financial awareness, including experience producing budgets and management reports
