As part of their ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join their team and drive key relationships. This role will be based in Co. Meath.
Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the central link between the brand and its key retail partners, ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategies that align with the brand's vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and use your strong interpersonal and organizational skills to support and enhance the brand's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Act as the primary contact for key retail partners, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships that support mutual growth and success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, product development, logistics, and finance to ensure the smooth execution of account strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, optimize product placement, and enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance, using data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Manage all aspects of account management with precision, ensuring accuracy in order processing, promotional activities, and documentation.
- Organizational Excellence: Handle multiple accounts and projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
