Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading international organisation within the online gaming sector to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Manager, focused on Italy and the wider European market.
This is a key regulatory affairs role with direct exposure to European regulators, particularly Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli, and responsibility for guiding clients and internal stakeholders through evolving regulatory requirements. You will play a central role in regulatory engagement, training delivery, and ensuring regulatory frameworks are translated into clear, practical business and client outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regulatory engagement across Italy and Europe, building and maintaining strong relationships with regulators and coordinating consultations, submissions, and ongoing dialogue
- Deliver regulatory training and workshops to regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders, providing clear guidance on regulatory expectations and compliance requirements
- Support clients directly on regulatory matters, providing advisory support, interpreting regulatory frameworks, and contributing to regulatory readiness and licensing activities
- Monitor regulatory developments across European jurisdictions, assessing impact and ensuring timely alignment across business, legal, and client teams
- Support governance, documentation, and internal regulatory processes, while contributing to internal training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with legal, compliance, and business development teams, providing regulatory expertise to support strategic and commercial objectives
