Telephone Account Manager
We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Telephone Account Manager to join an ambitious, fast-growing challenger in the financial services sector. What you'll be doing:
- Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting broker relationships
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting them into sales opportunities
- Acting as the first point of contact for brokers - solving problems, answering queries, and guiding them through product options
- Using digital channels to strengthen engagement and spot new opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and tracking your pipeline
- Collaborating closely with Key Account Managers, underwriting, and processing teams to deliver seamless service
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What we're looking for:
- Background in mortgages or financial services (telephone sales, account management, or customer service)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly
- Commercially savvy, target-driven, and self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple broker interactions
- CRM confident and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
- Resilient, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow
