Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 p.a.
The company:
Morgan McKinley are exclusively partnered with a high-growth professional services / consultancy business based in Central London. They are looking to rapidly expand operations and grow the existing finance & payroll function. This is a fantastic chance to join and help grow the payroll function to help sustain their growth plans with this newly created Payroll Manager position.
About the role:
- Responsible for processing payroll for UK&I entities
- High volume contractor payments daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly
- Payroll via PAYE, umbrella & ltd companies
- Supervising Payroll Admins
- Building out the payroll function & team
- Process improvements / implementations
To be successful in applying:
- Have experience with UK and Irish payroll processes
- Experience with CIS / RCT beneficial
- Experience in managing / supervising the payroll function
- Process improvements experience
- CIPP qualifications beneficial but not essential
