Office Manager - Temp to Perm | Central London | £40,000-£45,000
We're looking for a polished and experienced Office Manager to join a high-end, fast-paced London workspace on a temp-to-perm basis.
You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of operations - managing facilities, suppliers, and office logistics - while leading a small team and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
This role would suit someone from an Office Management, Workplace, or Facilities background who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for high-end service delivery.
What you'll be doing:

Overseeing facilities and operations to ensure seamless daily running

Managing suppliers, contractors, and health & safety compliance

Leading and motivating direct reports

Handling client onboarding/offboarding and ensuring a 5-star experience

Managing budgets, invoices, and general office coordination
