You'll be responsible for supporting and delivering retail deployment programmes across multi-brand retail partners, ensuring fixtures and merchandising assets are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Supporting local and central teams in creating accurate store briefs for merchandising and design processes
    • Managing design and survey workflows in collaboration with regional and local teams
    • Coordinating end-to-end fixture installation and retail deployment across EMEA markets
    • Managing logistics, shipment coordination and deployment schedules across multiple regions

    • Maintaining accurate project data and producing reports, updates and presentations on programme progress and outcomes
    • Managing multiple concurrent projects in a highly fast-paced, global environment

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience in project coordination or junior project management roles
(retail, merchandising, telco, rollout or deployment environments preferred)
    • Strong stakeholder management across local, regional, and global teams
    • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
    • High attention to detail and strong operational delivery focus
    • Experience using project tracking/reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, StoreBuilder or equivalent)
    • Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across time zones and functions

    Desirable Experience:

    • Exposure to premium retail or consumer electronics environments
    • Experience working on multi-market or EMEA-wide programmes
    • Familiarity with retail merchandising, store rollout or fixture deployment programmes

This is a high-volume, fast-paced delivery environment (c.300 active projects). Successful candidates will be highly organised, resilient and comfortable working with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
