About the Junior Digital Growth Manager opportunity:
I am looking to speak with Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across multiple regions. This is a senior, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong experience in performance marketing, analytics, and multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business teams to understand objectives, customer behavior, and local market trends.

Design and implement multi-market digital marketing plans that increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with creative teams to produce campaign materials that resonate with target audiences.

Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and deliver actionable insights.

Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns using metrics like cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and conversion rates.

Work with web teams to improve online journeys and implement conversion rate optimization initiatives.

Ensure campaigns comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

Foster relationships across the organization to share insights, learnings, and best practices.
Requirements:

Proven experience driving measurable growth through digital marketing within financial services.

Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable insights.

Expertise in paid media, customer acquisition strategies, and testing new channels - essential.
