Interim Head of FP&A

Morgan McKinley are working with a global luxury fashion brand who are seeking an interim Head of FP&A to lead their commercial finance function on a 6-month assignment.

This is a pivotal role for a qualified finance leader (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a proven background in luxury retail or fashion. You'll be partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive insight, strengthen forecasting, and support key strategic decisions across international markets.

This role is paying between £500 - £600 a day outside ir35 with hybrid working available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the FP&A function: budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles

• Deliver high-quality MI and commercial insight to the board

• Business partner with senior stakeholders across retail, digital, and operations

• Drive improvements in reporting, financial models, and performance analysis

• Lead and mentor a small FP&A team during a period of change

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

• Strong FP&A leadership experience within luxury retail/fashion

• Proven track record of partnering with C-suite and driving commercial outcomes

• Advanced modelling, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

• Immediately available or short notice
