    A fast-growing Accounting Practice located a short distance from Farringdon, City Thameslink or St Pauls is interviewing for a newly created role of Global Mobility and Employment Tax Senior Manager

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward facing, entrepreneurial Practice, and an Employment Tax team that is growing rapidly. You'll be working with clients of all sizes, across a variety of industries, from start-ups to FTSE listed businesses, delivering advice and support from both a Mobility and Employment Tax perspective.

    *The individual should have their eye on Director, to take on the the existing Director's role, once they are promoted to Partner in the next 1-2 years.*

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and deliver on a wide range of Employment Tax and Global Mobility advisory / consulting projects
    • Be a main point of contact regarding Employment Tax, Global Mobility and National Minimum Wage work
    • Advise on cross-border Employment Tax and Global Mobility issues to a wide variety of businesses
    • Oversee Employment Tax due diligence reviews alongside the Director
    • Draft, review, and finalise advisory reports
    • Actively seek to business develop with new and existing clients, as they seek to grow the service line
    • Collaborate closely and build relationships with other departments across the business
    • Support the training and development of junior team members

    Your experience:

    • ATT, CTA, ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Employment Tax/Global Mobility in Practice and/or In-house
    • Experience with complex employment tax matters, particularly transactions related work
    • Exposure to the full employment tax compliance cycle e.g. P11Ds, PSA, ERS, CIS, STBV
    • Collaborative, commercial, with clear communication and a proactive approach
