    Hybrid: 4 days in the office 1 day from home

    About the Role:
    We are looking for a proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Managers and their teams. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be approachable and collaborative, and bring a flexible, solution-focused "can-do" attitude to every task.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and organise Executive diaries, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Manage inboxes: screen, prioritise, and respond to emails on behalf of Executives.
    • Monitor schedule changes and keep Executives informed promptly.
    • Processing expenses and reconciling travel or event costs.
    • Proactively plan ahead, suggest alternatives, and optimize diary efficiency.
    • Coordinate with internal and external teams to provide seamless cover.
    • Arrange and support weekly management meetings (agenda, slides, distribution).
    • Coordinate internal/external meetings and conference calls.
    • Manage business travel, including transport, itineraries, and visas, following policies.
    • Organise internal events, townhalls, and seminars.
    • Anticipate needs, maintain professional relationships, and provide responsive support (including remote).
    • Demonstrate strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within Financial Services.
    • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
    • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively.
