Employment Tax Senior Manager

A leading Employer Services team operating from offices across the UK is currently searching for an Employment Tax Senior Manager to join their team in London

You'll join a UK wide team as key stakeholder, where you'll help drive forward business strategy and growth, as well as leading, coaching and developing junior colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• High level of advisory work, whilst overseeing compliance aspects of the portfolio
• Conduct technical research projects on any and all aspects of Employment Taxes
• Being the main point of contact for clients and any external contacts
• Driving forward internal collaboration across teams and regions across the UK or Internationally
• Management, leadership, coaching and involvement in hiring of junior team members
• Business development through new and existing clients
• Onboarding of new clients, proposals and networking events

You will be CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable experience in Employment Taxes. You may have trained in Practice, moved in-house and seeking a return to an Accounting Practice environment too. Individuals qualified by experience may also be considered, depending on suitable experience.
