An established investment management business is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and drive high-quality lead generation across B2B audiences. This is a visible, hands-on role within a collaborative marketing function, working closely with sales and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable growth.
This position sits at the centre of marketing activity, owning digital performance across paid, owned and earned channels. You will shape digital acquisition strategy, optimise customer journeys, and enhance website performance to support business objectives.

Digital Strategy & Performance
Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies across digital channels
Manage and optimise digital budgets to maximise ROI
Build and refine full-funnel acquisition journeys using data and testing
Monitor performance, attribution and reporting, linking activity to commercial outcomes
Stay current with digital trends, platforms and regulatory developments
Website & Digital Experience
Own website strategy, UX and conversion optimisation
Use analytics and insight to improve performance and engagement
Oversee SEO and digital content effectiveness
Ensure content accuracy, governance and regulatory compliance
Experience in digital marketing, ideally within asset or wealth management or wider financial services
Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and performance marketing
Experience managing websites (WordPress preferred), analytics and SEO tools
Confident working alongside compliance teams
Commercially minded, data-driven and results-focused
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive, collaborative and comfortable operating in a lean marketing team
