We're looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset: someone who enjoys solving problems in code, is confident sharing ideas, and wants to be part of a high-impact technical evolution. You'll collaborate with engineers, data teams, and product leaders to deliver scalable, automated, cloud-native solutions that make a real difference.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Write production-grade code to automate, optimise, and enhance the platform.
- Partner with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices across the business.
- Help drive the adoption of modern tooling, infrastructure as code, and container platforms.
- Shape architecture decisions and bring fresh ideas to a team that values innovation.
Essential Skills
- Coding: Python, SQL, Node & Node-SQL
- Cloud & DevOps: Containers (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Automation mindset: comfortable building tools, scripts, and services to solve problems
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a passion for clean, maintainable code
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with GCP
- Quant / Financial systems exposure
