The Customer Content Manager is responsible for bringing the brand voice to life through the creation and delivery of high-quality, customer-focused content. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple channels, including articles, guides, videos, podcasts, presentations, and social media.
- Create customer-focused content that supports audiences at different stages of their financial journey.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, print, advertising, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and other stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns with measurable impact.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences, products, and communication channels.
- Contribute creative ideas and storytelling approaches to support broader marketing and business objectives.
- Manage editorial calendars and identify opportunities to optimise content performance and engagement.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting, or journalism, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.
- Knowledge of investment, savings, retirement, or wealth management products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
