A leading top 10 accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) team. Potential Senior Manager opportunity!
Key responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients in the TMC sector, providing both compliance and advisory services.

Leading the delivery of tax projects, including restructurings, international tax matters, and transactions.

Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance and mentoring.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.

Identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting business development.

Working closely with partners and directors in the delivery of strategic projects.
About you:

Qualified CTA, ACA, or equivalent.

Strong UK corporate tax experience is essential, ideally with exposure to the TMC sector or a genuine interest in specialising in this area.

Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly.

Commercially minded with an interest in business development.

Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing junior staff.
