3-6 months Transactional Finance Manager

Morgan McKinley are currently working exclusively with a PE backed service management business based in London who are looking for an experiened Transacional Finance Manager with a proven track record of overseeing change projects, primarily around centralizing trransactional processes

With a rapidly growing UK portfolio and strong growth both organically and through acquisition our client are looking for an experienced transactional finance manager to align and centralise processes from the numerous UK sites as well as demonstrating strong people skills to provide support through the change process.

Responsibilities will include

• Focus on current processes across numerous sites with a view to centralizing all processes
• Driving and documenting new process improvement ensuring smooth transmission to a more centralized cost effective reporting process
• Drive human and cultural change management initiatives across newly integrated teams

Experience

• Proven experience leading a finance shared service transformation within a complex, multi-site business.

This role is for an immediate start and will be one day week in the office on a hybrid basis. Paying circa 550-600 per day dependant on experience. The role will be for 3-6 months initially.
