Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services
Morgan McKinley are partening with a leading financial services organisation in Limerick, to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Tax & Regulatory Change Programme. This is a great opportunity for a senior BA who enjoys working with stakeholders, solving complex business problems and turning business requirements into clear, practical solutions. You'll play a key role in improving client workflows, documentation and data, helping the business deliver important regulatory and operational change.

Main duties:
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Analyse existing client workflows, documentation and data
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support solution design
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies
- Support remediation activities through analysis and reporting
- Contribute to project planning and programme delivery
- Support testing and validation activities
- Work confidently with senior and challenging stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with client workflows and documentation
- Strong requirements gathering and analysis experience
- Experience with institutional or complex client structures, including trusts or partnerships
- Ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting testing and reporting validation
