- Vendor & Contractor Management: Generate detailed construction tender packages, conduct technical/commercial bid evaluations, and provide oversight during the construction and installation phases.
- Compliance & Quality: Guarantee all designs strictly adhere to global safety standards, local corporate procedures, and stringent cGMP / Validation requirements (including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ).
- Operational Readiness: Ensure that final project delivery integrates seamlessly with site maintenance operations and end-user needs.
What You Bring
- Education: Degree qualified in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
- Experience: 8+ years of dedicated E&I design and construction management experience specifically within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in engineering design workflows alongside standard project management tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. A self-starter capable of managing vendor and contractor challenges autonomously.
