Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including scenario planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Build robust financial models to support due diligence and investment analysis for M&A opportunities.
- Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and variances to provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage financial due diligence and contribute to strategic business expansion projects.
- Review legal and financial documentation, including facility agreements and transactional contracts.
- Prepare bank submissions and ensure covenant compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
- Develop presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings.
- Support ongoing finance system development and integration, including AI initiatives.
- Offer commercial and financial guidance to stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute to ad hoc strategic finance projects as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5+ years' experience in corporate finance or strategic finance roles.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis skills.
- M&A experience on both buy and sell side, including due diligence and investment evaluation is desirable.
- Solid understanding of legal documentation, funding agreements is desirable
