    Location: Cork City
    Contract Type: Temporary 6 weeks
    Working Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday

    About the Role

    Morgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a leading healthcare organisation in Cork City to recruit a Temporary Grade 4 Clerical Officer. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as a member of a Quality and Safety Team.

    The role involves:

    • Managing the co-ordination and of administration, audit and standards systems and processes.
    • Maintaining compliance with existing and new national and international standards as required inclusive of improvement action management.
    • Providing high-level clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

    • Drafting correspondence, reports and other documentation as required.

    • Maintaining and managing records, filing systems and data systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Liaising professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders.

    • Supporting data entry, minute-taking and document processing.

    Key Requirements

    • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, ideally at Grade 4 or equivalent level.

    • Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years post education experience of working in an administrative role

    • Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

    • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
