Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the overall security solution design and implementation
- Configure and maintain security devices such as UTM, IPS, and WAF
- Provide Tier 2 support for troubleshooting and configuration issues
- Perform regular patch management and updates across the environment
- Advise customers on best practices and recommendations for security
- Be available for on-site work and outside normal business hours as needed
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in information security and cybersecurity
- Strong working knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix, and leading security products
- Hands-on experience with large-scale project implementation and support
- In-depth familiarity with security solutions from vendors like Check Point, McAfee, Imperva, Palo Alto, and Fortinet
- Preferred experience in implementing and troubleshooting security devices
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CEH, or CCNP Security are a plus
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work effectively under pressure
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
