About the role
As a Cloud Solutions Engineer/ Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to architect, implement, and manage innovative cloud-based solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiencies for their prestigious client base.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative guidance to the Sales team to facilitate successful contract closures
- Serve as a technical liaison, interfacing with sales and delivery teams
- Prepare detailed pricing models, cost analyses, and financial justifications for customized solutions
- Conduct rapid technical feasibility assessments and develop comprehensive proposals to migrate identified workloads to the Cloud platform, ensuring thorough capture of customer requirements and needs
- Oversee the development and execution of high-quality onboarding plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Over 6 years of relevant work experience in networking and cloud post-sales support roles
- Prior work experience in major public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Deep technical know-how of virtualization, storage, Windows/Linux administration, IP networking, and/or IT security
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
