About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in responsible live chat communication, guest relationship and administration.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about banking products and services.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, including account inquiries, transaction inquiries, and technical support.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to ensure seamless follow-up and service improvement.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Assist any ad hoc requirements
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong in analytic, organization, presentation and independent
- Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese, including traditional and simplified Chinese
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
