Morgan McKinley is partnering with a financial services client to hire a Marketing Manager (Funds & Assets) to be responsible for leading multi-channel product activations, driving full-funnel digital and offline campaigns, and managing compliant investment narratives. The ideal candidate will also oversee corporate branding, public relations, and CRM-driven loyalty strategies, particularly tailored to high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end marketing strategies for funds, wealth products, and asset management solutions to ensure high investor relevance and market presence.
- Develop multi-channel (online and offline) product launch plans and conduct post-campaign evaluations to measure effectiveness.
- Transform complex product features, performance data, and investment narratives into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
- Oversee all product marketing materials to guarantee full alignment with Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) regulations.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and investor behaviors to continuously optimize marketing and activation strategies.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and paid media to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.
- Oversee the digital content calendar, asset creation, website content, and landing pages to deliver an optimized user experience.
- Plan and execute physical activations, including seminars, roadshows, and partner events, to drive offline engagement.
- Support the sales teams by producing high-quality collateral, pitch presentations, and specialized activation materials.
- Strengthen overall corporate brand identity across all channels while overseeing public relations, media relations, and corporate communications.
- Guide client loyalty programs for High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, leveraging CRM insights for customer segmentation, hyper-personalized communications, and retention.
Key Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a relevant, closely related field.
- Possesses 5 to 8 years of marketing experience specifically within the banking, asset/wealth management, or broader financial services sectors.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial or investment product marketing; prior familiarity with Securities Commission (SC) compliance standards is a distinct advantage.
- Experience planning and executing offline marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex financial and technical data.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A proactive self-starter who is independent, highly resourceful, and comfortable taking full ownership of projects.
