Product Owner, Fund Platform (Private Bank)

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and business needs with stakeholders.
• Analyze workflows, recommend improvements, and prepare user stories.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams and vendors to develop solutions.
• Manage projects end-to-end-from feasibility studies to implementation and post-launch reviews.
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare updates, presentations, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of project management and transformation experience.
• Experience in fund management, fund admin / transfer agency, investment
• reporting, portfolio management
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
