Analyze current processes (As-Is) and future improvements (To-Be) to find gaps and opportunities.
Create wireframes and user journeys to visualize solutions and collaborate with tech teams for smooth development.
Help prepare business cases, reports, and presentations with data-driven insights.
Partner with project managers, engineers, and QA teams to meet project goals on time.
Support testing efforts, including test plans and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and help resolve defects.
Develop user training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, especially in Customer-facing Business, Power, and Utilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital product management, or tech project management.
Experience in Customer-facing Business, Power, Engineering, or related industries (preferred).
Strong analytical skills - able to simplify complex ideas for both business and tech teams.
Experience working on cross-team innovation or tech projects.
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills (both English and Chinese).
Self-driven, able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Eager to learn new technologies and industry trends.
