Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled End-User Computing (EUC) Analyst to support and drive EUC-related initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and will be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support EUC-related initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical expertise in the deployment, configuration, and management of:
- Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance
- Conditional Access Policies and Zero Trust principles
- Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management
- Automation leveraging Power Apps/Power Automate of Power BI to drive for continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex EUC issues across hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience and IT service delivery.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay current with emerging EUC technologies and recommend improvements or innovations.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and IT governance standards.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM/MAM).
- Solid understanding of Conditional Access and identity protection strategies.
- Experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, including group policies and role-based access control.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, endpoint security, and desktop virtualization, Windows Hello for Business and password less (passkey) will be a plus.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in an EUC or IT support role.
