Responsibilities
- Maintain various payment channels, including online banking platforms, SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, and other electronic payment systems.
- Process corporate inward / outward remittance transaction, cross-border payment, customer account transfer through different interbank payment channels / systems
- Perform admin support, verify customer information, perform necessary due diligence, and process remittance requests
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines related to settlement and remittance operations
- Pairing of MT103 from NPS system and with MT950 via Excel Macro for sanitary checking on the filtering result
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree holder preferable, lower educational background will also be considered
- Good understanding and familiar with payment or remittance requirements
- Attentive to details, strong interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
- Proactive team player, able to meet deadlines
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
- Good PC skills in MS Word and Excel
