A listed MNC in Printing and IT Solutions is seeking a (Senior) Finance Manager to lead a team of accountants.

About the role

In this role, you will report to the Finance Director, lead operational finance and potentially look after all finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Leading operational finance team, including inventory, credit collection.
• Eventually grow into a wide function people manager including FP&A, Financial Reporting.
• Developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing and developing a team of finance professionals.
• Staying updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
• Overseeing system, finance operations, and control process-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years work experience.
• Previous team management experience.
• Background from Printing or IT Solutions experience is a must.
• Strong problem-solving, team leading and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
