Morgan McKinley have exclusively been retained by our client, The Design and Craft Council Ireland to recruit a CRM End User Administrator. As an administrator, this position focuses on ensuring the seamless operation of the CRM system. The successful candidate will work closely with the Digital & Communications team and will report to the Head of Digital & Communications.
The role is an initial 2 year contract, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity(3 days onsite and 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of the CRM system, ensuring efficient use across the organisation.
- Support the self-service portal, helping clients manage services, cases, and program participation effectively.
- Ensure CRM activities run smoothly and address user queries in a timely manner.
- Oversee the accuracy and organisation of data within the CRM.
- Implement best practices for data input, maintenance, and reporting processes.
- Deliver training to internal users to maximise system adoption and understanding.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes for client and event registration.
- Manage targeted email campaigns as required, ensuring timely and effective stakeholder communication.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a CRM administration role.
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data for actionable insights.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
