I am working with a charity company currently that are seeking an operational office manager on a temporary basis in the Kildare area.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the organisation's support services for women and children, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency and accountability. This includes oversight of service delivery, strategic planning, staff supervision, safeguarding compliance, KPI achievement, budget management and partnership development. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, coordination of service programs and driving continuous service improvement based on user needs, data analysis, and best practices.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience in a senior management position, demonstrating strong leadership and change management skills. Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally. They should be capable of developing actionable plans to support quality implementation and demonstrate sound decision-making in complex, uncertain environments. Experience in navigating change, managing conflict, and working across diverse systems is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, SharePoint, Teams, and database management is required, along with a working knowledge of GDPR.
