The Role:
As the Lead Office Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the office operates at peak efficiency. You'll act as a central point of contact within the business and support various departments by streamlining processes and managing core administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and productive environment
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and internal teams
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and documentation management
- Maintain and improve filing systems (digital and physical)
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
- Assist with onboarding and support for new staff members
- Help to implement and improve internal administrative procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role within an office setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or managers is desirable
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
