    The Role:

    As the Lead Office Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the office operates at peak efficiency. You'll act as a central point of contact within the business and support various departments by streamlining processes and managing core administrative duties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and productive environment

    • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and internal teams

    • Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and documentation management

    • Maintain and improve filing systems (digital and physical)

    • Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed

    • Assist with onboarding and support for new staff members

    • Help to implement and improve internal administrative procedures

    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    Requirements:

    • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role within an office setting

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

    • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or managers is desirable

    • A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic

    Desirable Attributes:

    • Experience leading or mentoring junior administrative staff

    • Familiarity with office systems, CRM tools, or basic HR support
