HR Generalist - Tralee (Full time - Part time hours)

Exciting new opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a leading firm based in Tralee. This role offers excellent flexible working conditions, with an option of fulltime or part time hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising,screening, interviewing and hiring ensuring the best candidate experience is delivered.
• Build relationships with local colleges and universities to source best talent.
• Update policies and procedures as required in line with current legislation.
• Responsible for HR Metrics and reporting on a monthly basis.
• Other HR projects as required.

Experience required:

• HR degree qualified, preference for CIPD qualification.
• 3 years experience in similar role
• Excellent working knowledge of Irish Employment Law
