You'll lead critical CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and security enhancements for a global leader in vehicle software. Key Responsibilities

• Automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins for streamlined deployment
• Design and optimize cloud infrastructure with AWS or Azure for scalability
• Implement and manage containerization technologies using Docker and Kubernetes
• Configure monitoring tools and conduct performance tuning for system reliability
• Lead security best practices including encryption, updates, and vulnerability fixes
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues across dev, test, and production environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior members in DevOps strategy and innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years in software engineering, SRE, or DevOps
• 7+ years in agile development using Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Deep experience with CI/CD automation, Kubernetes, logging, IaC, and cloud ops

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Engineering, or related fields

Soft Skills:

• High sense of ownership with excellent communication and teamwork
• Calm under pressure with strong technical leadership skills

Language Requirements

• English: Business level (TOEIC 700+)
• Japanese: Beginner level (JLPT N3+)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Japanese: Business or native proficiency preferred
• Hands-on mindset with strong intercultural collaboration skills
