Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting
Location: Mahe – Global Shared Services Centre (GSC)

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting with strong experience in Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, and R2R processes in an MNC environment. The role involves end-to-end reporting, financial analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate closure of books.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close
• Perform end-to-end financial reporting (R2R) for assigned entities
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
• Handle journal entries (accruals, deferrals, intercompany, prepayments)
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations & ageing analysis
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation & bank reconciliations
• Review commission, bonus accruals & payments
• Ensure SLA adherence and internal controls compliance
• Support audit queries and stakeholder communication
• Drive process improvements & support transitions (onshore to offshore)

Key Requirements

• CA / CMA (Qualified / Semi-qualified) or Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
• 6+ years of experience (minimum 4 years in MNC)
• Strong experience in Financial Reporting / R2R / GL Accounting
• Hands-on experience in Month-End Close
• Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems
• Advanced MS Excel skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Shared Services / GSC environment
• Exposure to process transition / migration projects
