Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of Enterprise Transformation initiatives — spanning enterprise platform implementations (CRM, ERP, HRIS, Contact Centre) and automation & AI (RPA, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, AI-Driven Analytics & Insights) — ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality targets are achieved
- Proven success managing cross-regional teams and onshore-offshore delivery models
- Coordinate day-to-day execution between India-based delivery teams and UK-based stakeholders
- Drive governance by maintaining RAID logs, reporting packs, delivery trackers, and action plans
- Align delivery outcomes with client goals as part of Org’s Client-Side Partner Framework
- Identify and raise delivery risks early; lead mitigation efforts
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment, transparency, and accountability
- Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and standards across the offshore function
- Champion knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and cross-team collaboration
- Experience with multiple technology platforms (e.g., D365, SAP, Workday, Oracle)
- Proficiency in governance frameworks, issue/risk tracking, and delivery assurance
