Contractor Care Consultant

🔑 Key responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end contractor onboarding and offboarding process
Coordinate and conduct pre-employment screening / background checks
Manage employment, identity, reference and other relevant verification checks
Ensure contractors meet required compliance and documentation standards
Act as a key point of contact for contractors and internal stakeholders
Resolve contractor queries and provide timely support throughout the engagement
Maintain accurate records and ensure processes are completed within agreed SLAs
Work closely with recruitment, HR, compliance and other stakeholders

👤 What we’re looking for:
Experience in contractor care, HR, recruitment operations, onboarding, compliance or similar roles
Hands-on experience with screening/background verification checks is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and compliance processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple contractors/tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
