Responsibilities
Partner with regional tech teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to design and implement solutions that align with regulatory and enterprise standards.
Contribute to the development and management of APAC regulatory reporting applications required by local authorities.
Ensure all systems adhere to internal governance frameworks, application standards, and compliance policies.
Drive end-to-end project activities, including requirement gathering, functional specification, testing coordination, and post-implementation support.
Act as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and external vendors to define priorities and deliver timely solutions.
Prepare and execute UAT plans, create test documentation, and oversee quality assurance processes.
Gather and analyze business needs, translate them into clear technical requirements, and recommend process or system improvements.
Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across time zones to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Application Support, ideally within a financial services or enterprise technology environment.
Familiarity with APAC regulatory reporting requirements or compliance-related systems is advantageous.
Working knowledge of network and infrastructure concepts (e.g., IP addressing, routing, NAT, firewalls, proxies).
Strong track record of coordinating with distributed teams and managing stakeholders in multiple regions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Experience in vendor relationships and project coordination.
Proficiency in handling data-driven tasks involving Oracle databases, ETL flows, or query optimization is preferred
Hands-on involvement in test case creation, UAT execution, and quality assurance cycles.
