Responsibilities
- In charge of managing the overall functioning of the new financial website platform, creating operational strategies, and coordinating their implementation.
- Establish the operational structure and systems for the website and app, creating and refining operational management systems and procedures over time.
- Study industry trends and competitors to devise short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategies for the platform.
- Supervise daily operations concerning content creation, marketing, event planning, and customer service strategies and implementations for the website.
- Track and analyze website data and user feedback, continuously fine-tuning and optimizing operational activities. Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., Product Team) to enhance user experience.
- Assist and coordinate in media promotions, marketing initiatives, and brand development.
- Efficiently communicate and engage with internal and external resources to improve operational performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 10+ years of experience in strategy planning/ workflow design for Fintech/ Investment Consulting firms
- Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Clear methodologies and insights into content operations and user operations.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with a clear logical structure for business data and the ability to make precise decisions based on data.
