Senior Strategic Planning Manager, Insurance

Responsibilities

• Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct deep-dive analysis on peer performance and market trends to identify threats and white-space opportunities.
• Growth Initiatives: Evaluate new market entries and Bancassurance and brokerage partnerships through rigorous financial modeling and business case development.
• KPI Orchestration: Define and track critical insurance metrics
• Executive Reporting: Prepare strategic presentations and materials for the senior management to facilitate high-level decision-making.
• Governance: Ensure all strategic initiatives comply with regulatory standards
• Digital Strategy: Drive InsurTech adoption and digital transformation projects to enhance customer acquisition and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience gained from large Insurance companies
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, and preferably Mandarin
