Identify and acquire new business opportunities with brands across APAC and global markets
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closing
Develop and execute sales strategies and maintain a robust pipeline for the assigned target
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving brand managers, procurement, sustainability, and C-level executives
Collaborate with the internal creative and R&D teams to develop proposals
Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent)
Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert on luxury packaging trends, regulations and material innovation
Requirements
Degree holder in Business related disciplines
12+ years of experience in sales and business development role, with selling high-end packaging, premium print/production, or creative design solutions to luxury brands
Existing network of decision-makers
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills
Willing to travel occasionally
Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
