Senior Product Manager, Collateral Management

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the framework for treasury products' collateral management, including daily processes and infrastructure. Understand legal agreements like ISDA, VMCSA, IMCTA, GMRA, and GMSLA.
• Stay updated on market trends in OTC derivatives, repo, and securities lending/borrowing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Margin Rules, Credit Risk Mitigation).
• Upgrade collateral management systems to meet market needs and plan for long-term improvements.
• Lead system projects by defining requirements, testing, and launching updates.
• Support legal documentation and handle onboarding in collateral management systems.
• Prepare daily portfolio reconciliation reports, resolve disputes, check collateral eligibility, and monitor concentration risks.
• Analyze and report daily collateral data and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3-5 years in banking, global markets, OTC derivatives, or collateral management.
• Experience with systems like Bloomberg MARS or Murex is a plus.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for Manager level.
• Work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
